First off, I do not have ccleaner installed, so PLEASE do not say that is the issue.
I have been using Thunderbird on a Mac for at least a decade, possibly 2 decades - I'm too old to remember how long. I have been stymied by this issue for months and cannot figure out where this setting is stored. I have tried deleting session.json, but that does not work. Any help would be appreciated. Coincidentally, when running 68.xx, none of my session info is saved on closing Thunderbird, e.g., my last opened folder, etc - but IS saved when running 60.9.1 Am I missing some preferences from my years of upgrading version after version? Do I really just need to make a clean install?
